The special stargazer dinner service starts with a choice of red or white wine and a salad of romaine with shaved parmesan and walnut crostini, followed by your choice of entrées, including; “Potato Scaled” Mahi-Mahi – with Cabernet-Balsamic Beure Rouge, and White Truffle Oil; Pappardelle Veneziana – Filet Mignon, Hamaka Mushrooms, Hand-cut Pasta and Red Wine-Tomato Demi Glaze; and Roasted Free Range Chicken – with Bel Paese and Proscuitto Stuffing, Mediterranean Salad, and Avolemono sauce.
